The short version
This website sets no cookies, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies from anyone else. That is why there is no cookie banner.
What the website stores on your device
- Your theme. When you choose light, dark or system in the menu, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage, under the name vdc-theme. It is used only to show the site the way you chose. It is never sent to us, and it disappears if you clear your browser's site data.
Nothing else is stored, and the website does not track you from page to page or across other sites.
Counting visits
The website does not count visits today. If we add visit counts, we will use a privacy-first service that sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and we will update this page first.
The sign-in platform
Signing in to the staff, underwriting partner and institution platform at platform.v-devicecare.com uses cookies that keep you signed in. They are needed for the platform to work, they are not used for anything else, and they end when you sign out or after a period without activity.
The app
The V-DeviceCare app is not a website and does not use cookies. What it stores on your phone, such as your signed-in session, is described in our privacy notice.
